Before our release of the Mortgage Calculator App to the Google Play store, we wanted to add a few important features. Namely, the option to supply estimate insurance costs, as well as your down payment.
After all, if you opt to use the percentage values for Property Tax, or Insurance, it should be based on the total home value, not your loan amount.
We hope these additions will encourage more widespread use of the app, and better prepare it for release into the mobile device world.
